From 2015 through 2020, CBA Formula hosted its signature Small Business Round Table Series, an interactive entrepreneurship initiative designed to connect emerging business owners directly with experienced professionals, strategic partners, and critical resources. 

The Round Tables created a collaborative environment where entrepreneurs were invited to present business pitches before a multidisciplinary panel of professionals representing areas such as:

• Accounting  

• Legal services  

• Marketing  

• Economic development  

• Procurement and supplier diversity  

• Business operations and strategy

The goal was not simply to evaluate business ideas, but to actively connect entrepreneurs to the relationships, expertise, and opportunities necessary for growth.

These sessions provided real-time feedback, resource navigation, and strategic introductions that helped entrepreneurs strengthen their business models, improve capital readiness, and expand their networks. 

The CBA Formula Small Business Round Tables were hosted at respected community and institutional locations including:

• Michigan State University Detroit Center  

• Plante Moran – Southfield Office  

• Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church
